Domestic Cleaning

Whether you want a once-off special clean or a regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even daily clean, we can accommodate your schedule and needs.
We offer a range of services beyond regular cleaning services including windows, inside of appliances (fridges/ovens), blinds and laundry services.
Our skilled, trained cleaners follow a checklist which we can customise for your home to ensure you get the clean you want!
We can also provide cleaners with Child Care qualifications able to provide a dual service at your house – please have a look at our Home Based Caring options.

Commercial or Corporate cleaning
(Service Areas – Melkbosstrand to Century City, River Gate Park, Montague Gardens, Milnerton)

Whether you want a once-off special clean or a regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even daily clean, we can accommodate your schedule and needs.

Available Options:
1 cleaner at your office space (full day – 8 hours) * excludes cleaning products – you will have to provide your own products to be used
1 cleaner at your office space (full day – 8 hours) * includes basic cleaning products – There4U will provide products to use
1 cleaner at your office space half a day – 4 hours) * excludes cleaning products – you will have to provide your own products to be used
1 cleaner at your office space (half a day – 4 hours) * includes basic cleaning products – There4U will provide products to use

Sales and rental unit cleaning
(Service Areas – Melkbosstrand to Milnerton)
There4u cleaners know exactly what an exit clean entails and what the rental agents are looking for to ensure that you get your deposit back.
We provide all the cleaning material and equipment for this service.
If carpet cleaning is required a sub-contractor will be contacted by There4U and cleaning will be arranged.

Cleaning of Newly Built Houses
(Service Areas – Melkbosstrand to Milnerton)
There4u cleaners can be used for cleaning of newly built houses or units before the contractor hands over to the new owner.
Holiday Home Cleaning
(Service Areas – Melkbosstrand to Milnerton)
Whether you want a once-off special clean or a regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or even daily clean, we can accommodate your schedule and needs.

Available Options:
Holiday Homes or Units
Cleaning before new guest arrival
Window, braai area and patio cleaning
(There4U cleaning material and equipment will be used)
A single cleaner may be hired for cleaning sessions while the guest is using the holiday home
(Cleaner will be dropped off at the holiday home with, or without cleaning material and products, and collected again after 4 hours)
Laundry services are available on request
For clients who not visiting their holiday homes that regularly a security check service can be arranged
(this will be done by the company to ensure that property is secure, electricity on and swimming pool pumps/fridges are running)
AirBnB
There4U will be available for the “meet and greet ”of guests
This cleaning comprises of spring cleaning and window cleaning
There4U cleaning material and equipment will be used
A single cleaner may be hired for cleaning sessions while the guest is using the holiday home
(Cleaner will be dropped off at the holiday home with, or without cleaning material and products, and collected again after 4 hours)
Laundry services are available on request
