What home based care is about?
In your own, well known environment - One of the most important things to seniors is the ability to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible.
At nursing homes, you are constantly being cared for by a number of different carers. Using live in support enables you to have one carer who is able to care for your specific needs and provide personal touches to your life.
Home based carers will ensure that their client’s standard of living is maintained and that they are able to enjoy each day they are cared for. Our home carers at There4U Care Services respect their client’s dignity and privacy through professionalism and friendship.

Our dedicated and well trained carers aim at reducing the stress and pressure on their clients and their families. We focus on making their lives easier and more convenient.
How does Home Based Care work?
There4U Care Services will arrange a personal visit with the client to ascertain the care needs of the client. Once this has happened we will introduce a friendly, qualified and experienced care worker to the client.
After the first week, There4U will check in to make sure the client is happy with the level of support they are receiving.
A weekly visit from the coordinator will take place to ensure that the client is happy and the carer is maintaining required standards.
The client, or client’s representative will be given contact detail of the coordinator for any further questions or concerns.
Home based care does not have to be full time or permanent. Our care workers are used by clients when their family members go on holiday or extra assistance is needed being discharged from hospital stay.
What type of services does the carer give to the client?
Our carers at There4U remove the stress and vulnerability of not being physically or mentally able to perform daily activities. This offers the elderly an opportunity to enjoy every day in the comfort of their own home.
Our non-medical home-based care service include assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping and transportation, etc.
Such services are often vital for elderly people to remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
Our carers will assist the client with their medication and ensure a safe and clean environment. We aim at providing our clients with companionship in order to maintain the clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
There4U Care Services is a non-medical, home-based care service, and it is important to explain the distinction between our service and a medical service.
Non-Medical care services vs. Medical care service
Medically skilled home health care agencies, as the name implies, administer licensed nursing and rehab therapy services under a physician's orders with strict guidelines imposed.
Consideration needs to be given for each individual's personal requirements when making a decision which option is best suited.
Caring is available 24/7 if required, when a carer takes leave or gets sick, he or she will be replaced, the client will never be left unattended.
Qualification of carers
Our carers will only be placed with the client once they have gone through a careful recruitment process, properly vetted on qualifications, references and Police Clearance checks. The carer will be tested through written exam and real life day-to-day scenarios prior to client placement.
There4U will do on-going training ensuring our care workers are up to date with the latest health and safety requirements.
Payment from client
Carers at There4U – The carers are employed directly by the company and contracted to the client by There4U Care Services.
An invoice will be mailed every 2 weeks to the person responsible for settling the account.
A deposit will be required from the person responsible for the account before services commence.
There4U's fees can be settled by Electronic Funds Transfer.
